Pumpkin Carving

Happy Monday! I am happy! :)
I just love being happy, don't you? I know that when you do what's right, you will be happy. Pretty straight forward.
It works.
So I got up early this morning and got to school in time for my math class. I was early, so I read my scriptures and did some homework with my roommate before class. I went to my class, and I feel like we get off subject a lot... So there was a lot of chatter about cars and not a whole lot of math going on. I guess that's what happens when it's a no credit class..
I always go though and I try to endure...
After class, I had an hour and a half before my next class so I spent some time in the computer lab and in the library working on homework. I met a few new people today, and that was fun.
I went to my Business Communication's class where we talked about resumes and I tried not to fall asleep :)
I actually really like our new teacher, I feel like I learn a lot more from her. My other teacher knew what she was talking about, but wasn't that great at teaching.
Teacher: "This is a noun."
Me: "Zzzzzzz..."
So I think this will be good.
So when I was done with classes for the day, I met up with some friends and we got lunch at Subway. I get the same thing every time I go.
Fact about me: I used to work at Subway.
(Refer to my other blog: FastFoodFolly)
I've noticed a few things that they are doing wrong every time I go to Subway. For example: When I worked there, there was a formula you followed for making the sandwiches.
For a six-inch turkey sandwich: three pieces of meat, two slices of cheese, and then three of any other vegetables the customer wants (or more if they request). For a foot long turkey sandwich: six pieces of meat, four slices of cheese, and then six pieces of any other vegetables the customer wants (or more if they request).
However, I feel like every time I've gone this semester, they do it all wrong! I go in to get a foot long BLT, and I ask for lettuce and tomatoes first. They always only put four tomatoes on my sandwich instead of six!
Hello! For cheese you put four slices, but for veges, come on!
So today I asked for a few more tomatoes (because I love tomatoes and I'm supposed to get six anyways) and the girl making my sandwich was like "You just want more of everything, don't you?"
*Rude*
Me: "Oh. Well, whatever makes the customer happy, right?"
Girl: "I guess."
She was probably not having a good day.
So after we ate, my friend offered to take my roommate and I home. That was really nice; I'm not a fan of the trax.
I came home and worked on some homework...
For FHE tonight we met up at the Stake center to carve pumpkins. We worked in teams to carve the pumpkins which were to be judged by our bishopric.
Our group's pumpkin won the "festive" award ha.
So tonight, I invited my friend over to work on homework. But my roommate invited other friends to watch a movie...
So we all watched this movie together.
It was a suspenseful movie (it's October, I guess you have to watch at least one scary movie, right?) I thought it was..... interesting.
I had a blast with my friends though, I'm glad they all came over. Didn't get any work done, but hey, I had fun :)
We sat around and talked for a while, and then everyone left to go home.
My roommates and I did some homework and dishes together.
And now I'm going to bed.
Ciao.
