Splitting a Banana Split

I had a great day today! I love Fridays, doesn't everyone? :)
I slept in a bit today and got my self ready for the day. I went to the school with my roommate and I went to her business class with her.
I'm actually beginning to like that class...
After her class was over, we me up with one of our good friends and ate lunch together. I miss seeing her now that she is married; I love catching up with her.
Then I had to go to my only class for the day; business communications.
After my class was over, my roommate and I drove home and I wrote a few emails...
I had a date tonight! I met up with my friend on Temple Square, and we took the trax and the front runner up to Ogden. It was a long ride, but it was super fun to just sit and talk with him. I enjoy our conversations and getting to know him better. He makes me laugh :)
Once in Ogden, we walked a few blocks over to the Ogden Temple. Neither of us had ever been inside before, and I had never even been outside of it before. It was beautiful, and I had a great experience there.
After we got out of the Temple, we went and got ice cream; we split a banana split. :)
We walked around the old mall down town there and I loved it.
I loved the old buildings and the over all style and outlook of the mall. I loved the Christmas lights (even though they are on before Thanksgiving!) and the other old, neon signs. I loved that it wasn't too cold out; it was just perfect. I loved just walking and talking; the simpleness of the date.
We took the front runner and the trax back to Salt Lake, and he walked me home.
What a great Friday!
